What We have to offer<br />
Located just 25 minutes from Southampton and Portsmouth City Centre, and just over an<br />
hour away from London’s Heathrow Airport, The Royal Southern Yacht Club provides the perfect<br />
venue for activities both on and off the water.<br />
With extensive conference and banqueting facilities we can cater for parties of 10 – 200, for<br />
large sailing regattas and many more. In the summer of 2015, the Prince Philip Yacht Haven<br />
was completed giving 60 berths for members and visitors. Serviced by a new car park and extending<br />
the dining rooms onto Den’s Deck, giving superlative views of the river.<br />
From our beginnings in 1837 the Royal Southern have continually moved forward, developing<br />
our facilities both waterside and in our Clubhouse. In 2007, we invested in a brand new suite<br />
of bedrooms, with comfortable en suite rooms finished to an excellent modern standard,<br />
contrasting with and yet complementing our 18 th century Cottage exterior. There is also a<br />
large bar, conferencing and banqueting suite, Members bar and restaurant.

An outstanding corner family room (1 double, 1 single) situated on the first floor with stunning views of the<br />
River Hamble, Warsash and Southampton Water. This room is not suitable for anyone over 6’2”.<br />

This is a small suite on the ground floor with a double room and a sitting room with a sofa bed, that can be<br />
easily converted to a second double bed.<br />
We regret that due to the nature of the building there is no disabled access to any of the accommodation.
