TEACHING CAREER IN BRIEF<br />
I started my teaching career in autumn 2002 at the Eötvös Loránd University<br />
Trefort Ágoston School in Budapest, where I have worked ever since. I have<br />
trained candidate teachers as a mentor teacher in chemistry there for nine<br />
years, and I have been department head since 2011. As a form teacher, I will<br />
see my second group of students complete their Matura examinations. In<br />
2010, I received the Trefort Ágoston Certificate of Recognition from the Eötvös<br />
Loránd University Senate. In the same year, I was certified as a mentor teacher<br />
with a specialization in nurturing excellence. My goal is to shed light on the<br />
beauty and importance of scientific connections and their close ties to our<br />
everyday lives. I lay a great deal of emphasis on mentoring talented students<br />
in special after-school lessons. Two of my students have reached the National<br />
Secondary School Competition (OKTV) finals in biology and two have done so<br />
in chemistry. One of my students became a member of the national team for<br />
the International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad.<br />
