Ok, first there is no magical formula for successful way to<br />

use a <strong>Broth</strong> Cleanse. However here are some key points:<br />

Plan to "fast" for a period of four days (not eating anything<br />

but the broth diet). This time is critical for helping kill off<br />

harmful bacteria in the gut, repair the GI tract and<br />

repopulate the gut with probiotics.<br />

After day 4, you'll start the High Fiber <strong>Diet</strong>. Each day you<br />

ideally should consume between three to four quarts of<br />

bone broth. Try making the broth yourself, it is by far the<br />

least expensive way.<br />

It is critical to eliminate all inflammatory foods during a<br />

bone broth fast. These include:<br />

Grains, packaged/processed snacks, added sugar, FODMAP<br />

foods/complex carbohydrates, sweetened drinks, dairy and<br />

refined vegetable oils.<br />

If 4 days seems challenging, consider a partial-fast (just the<br />

broth from 4pm-8am), you should eat healthy fats, clean<br />

proteins and veggies only during the day. This option takes<br />

longer to cleanse, however is very productive.<br />
