B. TRUST<br />
Trust refers to a person's ability to gain the confidence of others to 'do what's right'. People will rate a leaders 'Trustworthiness' by judging their Professionalism, Honesty and Reliability. They<br />
will consider your integrity (do you do what you say you will do); by whether you follow and model company values; by how open and transparent you are with problems, issues and future<br />
developments; by whether you are authentic or just ‘act a part’, by how you behave at social events; by your manners (or lack of); by how you talk to and about others; by your language (e.g.<br />
