MOISTURE BARRIER BAGS<br />
Strong, lightweight, ESD barrier bags meet the requirements of<br />

COBALT DICHLORIDE FREE HUMIDITY<br />
INDICATOR CARDS.<br />
Humidity indicator cards are used to determine if products have<br />
been exposed to moisture above recommended storage levels.<br />
The humidity indicator cards conform to IPC/JEDEC 033 Std and<br />
being cobalt dichloride free they meet ROHS, REACH and WEE<br />
directive regarding hazardous substances.<br />
ACTIVATED CLAY (BENTONITE) DESICCANT<br />
BAGS.<br />
A desiccant is a hydrating agent which attracts moisture from<br />
the atmosphere. It absorbs and holds particles of water to<br />
itself. For maximum effectiveness desiccants should be used<br />
within a closed/sealed moisture barrier bag. Activated clay is<br />
environmentally friendly as it is chemically inert and nontoxic<br />
which makes it safe to handle and therefore can be easily<br />
disposed of. The clay desiccants are packaged in clean room<br />
compatible, sulphurfree Tyvek bags for use in the electronic<br />
industry. Conforms to DIN 55 473 and MILD3464E.<br />
1 unit = approx 35 grams of clay.<br />
