Edgar’s Hospitality Group<br />
In addition to functioning as a <strong>Goodwill</strong> business<br />
enterprise, Edgar’s Hospitality Group provides<br />
experiential learning opportunities for Helms College<br />
students in all phases of culinary and hospitality<br />
operations through Edgar’s Grille and the Snelling<br />
Center in Augusta, and Edgar’s Bistro and the<br />
Anderson Conference Center in Macon.<br />
Those opportunities are complemented <strong>by</strong><br />
<strong>Goodwill</strong>’s two Hire Grounds Café locations.<br />
With Helms College student assistance, those<br />
operations in 2014 served nearly 200,000 guests, each<br />
of whom experienced <strong>Goodwill</strong>’s hospitality while their<br />
patronage helps build <strong>Goodwill</strong>’s education mission<br />
one beverage, one meal and one event at a time.<br />

<strong>Goodwill</strong>’s Contract and Staffing Services<br />
Contract services<br />
<strong>Goodwill</strong>’s Contract Services provided employment<br />
for 288 individuals and delivered $9 million in<br />
revenue from government and business-service<br />
contracts in 2014 — primarily through custodial and<br />
shelf-stocking services at Robins Air Force Base at<br />
Fort Gordon. Through Good Vocations, those services<br />
provided 232,075 hours of employment to workers<br />
with disabilities at an average hourly wage of $13.16.<br />
<strong>Goodwill</strong> Staffing Services<br />
<strong>Goodwill</strong> Staffing Services earned more than<br />
$5 million in revenue as <strong>Goodwill</strong>’s fastest-growing<br />
enterprise, serving business and industry with 1,971<br />
trained and work-ready staffers who worked 43,097<br />
days in 2014. In addition, 260 <strong>Goodwill</strong> Staffing<br />
employees transitioned to permanent employment.<br />
A valued partner in this effort was Urban Outfitters,<br />
recognized as <strong>Goodwill</strong> Employer of the Year.<br />
