Dear Rev. Smalls, On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank you and the Comfort
Givers Ministry for the spiritual support through cards, prayers, for recognition of our son, Elliot
Early, on the Prayer Request List throughout his illness. I am so happy to report that Elliot is doing
so well now. He should be out of his leg brace soon and he looks forward to driving again. He is also
looking forward to getting a job after this long stretch of illness.
We are coming out of this long tunnel of illness, and I thank God every day for His mercy. Thank you
all for your words of encouragement. It kept us going. Thank you for your prayers.
Prayer made all the difference.

TO OUR ENTIRE HOPE CHURCH FAMILY
The Missions Ministry would like to give a heartfelt thank you for making Hope Explosion a great
success. The smiles on the faces of the children and their families was priceless. A special thanks to our
Pastor and Clergy and everyone for coming out to see the movie in support of this event.
Thank you to Suit Warehouse for donating shirts, pants, suits, ties, etc. and Ben Crain for the
connection. We would also like to thank Jackets for Jobs for donating 25 pairs of brand new shoes.
Thank you United Methodist Men for cooking and serving our guest. And for all the volunteers we
can’t thank you enough. We were able to Order 300 kits.
Way to go Hope!!!!!!
