SUPPORTING: <strong>Smiles</strong> Beyond the Bars (<strong>Smiles</strong>), an Arizona nonprofit organization, changes the<br />
lives of formerly incarcerated men and women by restoring them with happy and healthy smiles.<br />
Through the generous in-kind donation of services and medical supplies by a committed network of<br />
dental professionals and labs, nearly 200 deserving, formerly incarcerated recipients in Arizona have<br />
had extensive dental treatment performed after suffering the effects of drugs, poverty, and prison.<br />
With several million dollars in dental procedures done since its founding, these recipients have<br />
successfully transitioned into society and currently have a 0.1% recidivism rate. This event will<br />
celebrate and recognize four key <strong>Smiles</strong> dental professional leaders who have made an extraordinary<br />
contribution to the growth of <strong>Smiles</strong> and the deserving recipients they serve. For more information,<br />
