This fence chain strainer is designed to tension wire that normal strainers
can’t. This strainer can tension smooth or barbed wire of 1.6mm to 5.0mm
diameter, and it has a detachable handle so that storage and transport is not a
problem. The chain strainer has professional grade smooth grip jaws which
will not bite, tear or weaken the wire so it is safe for repeated usage.
