Administrative Assistant to work with the Executive<br />
Director in the day-to-day-management of the low-income<br />
public housing program. Position consists of approximately 20-<br />
25 hours per week, 8am-12:30pm (possibility of flexible hours),<br />
Monday thru Friday.<br />
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the<br />
Executive Director with the Housing Authority’s operations,<br />
including property management, planning, budgeting/<br />
finance, and implementation of policies and procedures,<br />
and maintenance of 71 public housing units and 3 non-PHA<br />
units. Candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong<br />
organizational and communication skills, and able to handle a<br />
wide range of administrative and accounting responsibilities.<br />

families with affordable housing is desired. Experience in<br />
