1. What impact has the work had?<br />
2. Who did it and how famous (or infamous are they)?<br />
3. How much is it worth?<br />
The 3 qualifications that should determine how good an artistic work is, are:<br />
no 1. Do you like it? That is, does it impact you in a positive or enlightening way?<br />
no 2. Is it innovative or at least unique?<br />
no 3. Would you hang it in your living room?<br />
