Maintenance Refrigeration Position<br />
Major Responsibilities:<br />
• Perform routine repair and maintenance of refrigeration and electrical system<br />
• Performs routine maintenance on all equipment, machinery, buildings<br />
and grounds<br />
• Perform welding and torch cutting as needed<br />
• Assist skilled maintenance men in performance of their duties<br />
• Capable of being able to participate on company Emergency Response Team,<br />
including passing physical and obtain skills and training necessary to be<br />
qualified as an Emergency Response Technician and Incident Commander<br />
• Perform other duties as required by management<br />
Minimum Position Requirements:<br />
• Ability to work in emergency situations under adverse conditions<br />
• Capable of acquiring knowledge of refrigeration, electricity, plumbing and<br />
general mechanical repairs<br />
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays<br />
• Proficiency in welding and torch cutting ability<br />
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)<br />
• Able to work in wet/humid conditions<br />
• 3 years of refrigeration experience<br />
Minimum Physical Requirements:<br />
Including but not limited to:<br />
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach and lift heavy objects up to 70 lbs.<br />
• Able to climb a ladder<br />
• Stand for long period of time<br />
• Wear and use all necessary Personal Protective Equipment<br />

- Must be able to respond to emergency calls during off-duty<br />
