The Office of International Affairs advances the global vision of Texas Tech University by<br />
promot<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>ternational leadership, awareness, education, scholarship, and outreach for<br />
the University and the greater community.<br />
OUR VISION<br />
The Office of International Affairs will broaden the global reputation of the University by<br />
<strong>in</strong>tegrat<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>ternational education, scholarship, and engagement with global issues, and by<br />
strengthen<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>tercultural understand<strong>in</strong>g for students, faculty, staff, and the greater community.<br />
International Education and Enrollment Management: International Recruit<strong>in</strong>g, Undergraduate<br />
Admissions, Sponsored Students, Study Abroad and Exchange Students, International Student Life.<br />
International Operations and Outreach: Community outreach- cultural events, <strong>in</strong>ternationally-focused exhibits,<br />
lectures, panel discussions; K12 outreach-cultural programs, and teacher workshops; facility rentals and event plann<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
International Research and Development: International Center for Arid and Semi-Arid Land Studies,<br />
<strong>in</strong>ternational partnership agreements, export control, <strong>in</strong>ternational grant services.<br />
International Relations: Relationship with current and past TTU <strong>in</strong>ternational students and scholars.<br />
International Student and Scholar Services: Immigration counsel<strong>in</strong>g and compliance.<br />
