Rivet-Lock Bulk Storage Racks
• Designed for instant assembly with maximum strength at low cost.
• Convenient access from all 4 sides for storing and unloading heavy, bulky items.
Sturdy roll-formed steel framing consisting of 14 ga. steel uprights, left to right beams and steel
front to back beams providing maximum support. Shelves are adjustable on 1 1 ⁄2"increments.All
units are 3 level with an overall height of 7'. Additional shelf levels available for added storage. Each
additional level consist of 2-14 ga. left to right beams and 2 front to back beams. Optional particle
board deck available to complete unit. Durable baked-on Gray enamel finish is phosphatized to
resist rust and corrosion. FOB Shipping Point.

Heavy-Duty Z-Beam Storage Rack
• Engineered for HAND loading and unloading or difficult, bulky items, small parts and tools.
• Heavy-duty 14 ga. all welded upright frames are punched on 2" centers for
maximum adjustability.
“Z” step beams are made of rugged 14 ga. steel for maximum weight carrying capacity. Sturdy, 12 ga. beam
connectors with reinforced 3-prong lug connection has a wedge angle design to provide a secure, stable fit.
16 ga. tie bars provide support to minimize beam rotation under heavy loads. Basic Starter connects quick
and easy to Rack End. Use only one Rack End between sections when expanding in continuous rows.
Durable Light Gray color. FOB Shipping Point.
Additional Shelf Level…allows expansion for needed storage levels. Includes 1 pair of cross beams and 1 tie
bar for 60"W., 2 tie bars for 72"W. and 3 tie bars for 96"W.
Ribbed Steel Deck…panels are strong, versatile and require no fasteners. Simply fit decking into 3 ⁄4" recessof
cross beam.
Particleboard Deck…panels are 5 ⁄8" thicktocombinestrengthandeconomy.Requiresnofasteners--simply
fits into 3 ⁄4" recessofcrossbeam.
