Pravesh team crossed the benchmark of 10000 bookings in the month of<br />

<strong>October</strong>, including an order of 990 doors from Millia Ins tute of Medical<br />

Science &Hospital in Purnia and 84 doors from the pres gious Visva Bhara<br />

University.<br />

First me ever, Services & Solu ons brands have ed up with Bajaj Finserv<br />

to provide EMI facility for its consumers for ease of purchases and the<br />

same has been launched at 16 dealer stores across Ranchi, Kolkata &<br />

Bhubaneswar. Currently, this facility is available for Steel n Style & very<br />

soon will be extended to Pravesh.<br />

Pravesh bagged its first interna onal order of 34 fire-rated doors from<br />

YARKAY Group,a leading business house in Thimpu, Bhutan for its<br />

upcoming hotel.

A consumer-centric ini a ve of disbursing gi s upon every<br />

purchase of a Steel n Style product during the fes ve<br />

season of Sep-Oct was done throughout the territory. This<br />

c<strong>amp</strong>aign was received quite well among the consumers.<br />

In 6 districts of Bihar and 3 districts of Bengal, an<br />

innova ve c<strong>amp</strong>aign of digital hoardings on traffic poles<br />

and streetlights was carried out. This was a simple yet an<br />

effec ve c<strong>amp</strong>aign in crea ng awareness in remote and<br />

inaccessible areas.<br />

A er successfully delivering 550 units worth INR 3 croresEzyNest<br />

modular toilet solu ons to Nestle in FY17, Nest-In has secured a repeat<br />

order of 350 units in <strong>October</strong> worth INR 2.6 crores from Nestle. With<br />

value addi ons in the offering, Nest-In has been able to obtain the order<br />

at more than 40% higher value over last year.<br />

Nest-In has been able to win yet more government tenders for supply of<br />

modular toilets to Municipal Corpora ons, this me to Sambalpur and<br />

Behr<strong>amp</strong>ur worth INR 0.75 crores. Mr. Samarth Verma (Sambalpur<br />

collector and district magistrate) went on to share the work progress of<br />

sanita on solu on on social media. The post was duly appreciated by<br />

Government officials and received 750 likes and 42 shares in 2 days,<br />

thereby, giving us visibility and credibility at the same me.<br />

Nest-In forayed for the first me in the Defence segment with<br />

DehuCantontment Board in Pune with an ini al order of 12 units,<br />

making defence a promising consumer segment for modular solu ons.<br />

Milestone achieved:<br />

Nest-In authorised Solu on Partner, Capital Building Solu ons has<br />

displayed excep onal performance by surpassing FY17 revenue in<br />

H1 FY18 paving the way for more than double the growth in FY18.<br />

CSM South along with Nest-In South team and the Solu on Partner<br />

team celebrated this occasion with cake-cu ng in Hyderabad SO.<br />

Saha and Co. authorised Solu on Partner in West Bengal, have also<br />

achieved a similar feat by surpassing FY18 revenue (of INR 2.8<br />

crores) by Oct'17.<br />

Safety:<br />

ISMPL, the authorised Nest-In Solu on Partner for Western Orissa,<br />

has covered 100% of its on-site employees under Accidental<br />

Nest-In's Water ATMs and modular toilets.They have recently been exploring,<br />

religious ins tu ons, in our endeavor to expand our customer base. The<br />

Customer Relationship – Success Story<br />

awarded a pilot of 20 units to us. With the strong support of their solu on partner, Capital Building Enterprises, theycompleted<br />

the work within a month's me. The quality and meliness of execu on led to apprecia on from the client team and repeat<br />

order of 20 units.<br />

Buoyed by the success, the Nest-In South team pitched for new offering - Water ATMs (AquaNest). The product perfectly met<br />

the clients' needs of providing clean drinking water to pilgrims. They have placed order for 3 AquaNest units at their<br />

pilgrimloca ons with major foo alls. At the end of Q1 FY18, the south team pitched for repeat orders in the sanita on segment.<br />

The client challenged the team to finish 90 units in a span of 3 months. Though the en re number couldn't get completed owing<br />

to various issues, the SrisailamDevasthanam team appreciated the persistence and the work done. It has promised for more<br />

EzyNest toilets orders in H2 FY'18.<br />

Strengthening the rela onship further in Q2 FY18, Nest-in South team pitched for its range of Smart toilets.The client team liked<br />

the feature but theyexpected a lower budget toilet. Nest-In product development team took up the challenge. Trus ng the<br />

commitment of the Nest-In team, Srisailam team have already placed orders for two units of Smart toilets even if they not yet<br />

physically seen the units.<br />

The success of the Nest-In South team in collabora on with a trusted solu on partner like M/s Capital Building in the case of<br />

Srisailam has further strengthened our belief that perseverance, discipline and commitment will stand Nest-In in good stead as<br />

we march ahead.
