Final Hijraat (1)

I recall my mom saying" do not forget me otherwise I will die"
I l e f t b e h i n d a l l t h o s e p r o m i s e s , t r u e o r l i e
I remember seeing my mother out of " coma " state when I arrived,
And that night, when I departed in tears and my tears kissing her feet.
Who can tell the status that a mother enjoys in all the religions, for me
my mom was either a Paradise or like a Kaaba ….I can't tell what I
have sacrificed so for.
All these memories of our countries are like a life support for us, and
t h e r e o u r m e m o r i e s a r e w o r k i n g t h e s a m e w a y .
I have everything available here to eat, thanks to Almighty,
But still the food prepared by the mom, still I bitterly miss that beauty.
