Cash/Cheques, EFT and Credit card will be the only methods of payment. Please contact the Vendor if other arrangements<br />
are required. If purchaser pays by credit card, the bank charge percentage (1%) will be on-charged to you the purchaser.<br />
No horses will be released without cleared funds unless authorised by the vendor/s.<br />
Horses will only be released on the day with a signed gate pass from the settlement office.<br />
Any purchasers not settling in full on the day are required to pay a 10% deposit at the fall of the hammer.<br />
Balance to be paid within 7 days<br />
Administration Fee charged on Overdue Accounts of $50/month<br />
Horses staying longer than 5 days will need to make arrangements with VENDOR re: agistment.<br />
GST is applicable on all lots offered unless otherwise stated.<br />
Transfers will be at the purchasers expense. Please note to receive registration papers you need to become a member<br />
of the ASHS.<br />
Any terms and conditions will be stated in the remarks for <strong>Catalogue</strong>. ie: Retained embryos or outstanding service-fees.<br />
Vendor is responsible for providing a Tax Invoice, an intern invoice is issued on the day of sale, it is up to the VENDOR to provide full<br />
TAX INVOICE for purchaser.<br />
BERRAGOON, GTSM auctioneers, and their staff take no responsibility for any information written or verbally supplied by<br />
the vendors and also take no responsibility for any transactions including financial or registration papers.<br />
IMPORTANT INFORMATION<br />
All foals at foot will be branded and breeding paperwork supplied, but not yet registered. Purchaser to pay for registration.<br />
All embryo pregnancy recipients come with a positive pregnancy test provided by a qualified veterinarian, however there will be no<br />
live foal or re-breed guarantee. The recipient mare is not included in the sale and must be returned to Berragoon in good condition<br />
at the buyers expense after resulting foal is weaned, no later than the 31st August <strong>2018</strong>, if the recipient is not returned by this date<br />
a $500 late fee will apply to the buyer.<br />
All veterinary work performed by Holbrook Vet Centre and Berragoon Breeders.<br />
WE RECOMMEND<br />
We encourage you to insure your purchased lot/s, WFI will be in attendence for all your insurance needs. All care but no responsibility<br />
will be taken after the fall of the hammer. It is the purchasers responsibility for any injury or death.<br />
We are keen to follow our horses and ensure they are meeting the high expectations our stud enjoys. We encourage open communication<br />
at all times to monitor their progress and success.<br />
