Parkland Farmers Market and Craft Shows - Sunday,<br />

The City of Parkland can help you get your shopping done! From 9<br />

AM to 1 PM, The Farmers’ Market, at 8350 Ranch Rd., will be filled<br />

with all your favorite vendors with special guest appearances from a<br />

variety of craft and gift vendors. Customers will be able to purchase<br />

items such as fresh and organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, beautiful<br />

flowers, breads, pastries and other baked goods. We also feature a<br />

variety of gourmet foods such as jam, honey, dips, sauces, fresh<br />

pasta, cheese, and pickles. Our market is dog friendly so don't forget<br />

Bethlehem Revisited <strong>2017</strong> - <strong>Dec</strong>ember 8-12<br />

Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of this incredible experience, First<br />

Church of Coral Springs, invites you to step back in time to<br />

Bethlehem Revisited, a living interactive recreation of the town of<br />

Bethlehem as it may have appeared 2,000 years ago. Located at<br />

8650 W Sample Road, Coral Springs, the historic recreation<br />

includes a walled city utilizing more than 30,500 square feet of lumber,<br />

20 gallons of paint, and takes about 1,100 man-hours to build.<br />

See our authentic marketplace where shop owners are eager to<br />

show you their wares and demonstrate how they are made. You will<br />

also find livestock, Shepherds, Roman soldiers, Storytellers, and a<br />

Living Nativity. Come and join the thousands of people who experience<br />

Bethlehem Revisited each year. Appropriate for all ages and<br />

admission is FREE.<br />

Coral Springs Movie in the Park - Saturday, <strong>Dec</strong>ember 9<br />

Beginning at 7 PM, head to Betti Stradling Park, 10301 Wiles Rd., to<br />

come sit under the stars and enjoy "Trolls," rated PG, with your family,<br />

friends and neighbors. Bring your blankets, chairs and a picnic to<br />

enjoy. Admission and parking are free. Refreshments will be available<br />

for purchase. Please refrain from bringing glass containers,<br />

Parkland Eats 'n' Beats - Saturday, <strong>Dec</strong>ember 9<br />

Grab your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of music, food,<br />

and great company! The City of Parkland presents a concert featuring<br />

Awall and Lifeline. Come hungry because there will also be a<br />

wide variety of food trucks to eat from. No tents, pets, or alcoholic<br />

beverages are allowed within the park. From 530 to 9:30 PM at the<br />

Coral Springs Holiday Mile Run - Wednesday, <strong>Dec</strong> 13<br />

Before the holiday parade, individuals and families will participate in<br />

the Coral Springs Holiday Mile along Sample Road near Coral<br />

Springs Drive at 6:15 p.m. This will be a timed one-mile event, with<br />

awards for the top three male and female participants in each age<br />

Coral Springs <strong>2017</strong> Holiday Parade - Wednesday, <strong>Dec</strong> 13<br />

Wear your favorite costume and join us for an exciting night of<br />

trunks and treats at the City of Parkland’s annual Halloween Festival<br />

at the Equestrian Center at Temple Park, 8350 Ranch Rd., from<br />

5:00-8:00pm. Stroll through our trunk or treat lane, enjoy tunes from<br />

our favorite DJ and pick out a pumpkin to decorate at the Parkland<br />

pumpkin patch. Trunk or treating provides a safe and fun way for<br />

Church by the Glades Christmas Services - <strong>Dec</strong>ember 20-24<br />

This year's theme is Christmas Express where all are welcome to<br />

Parkland Snowfest - Thursday, <strong>Dec</strong>ember 21<br />

Search your closet for your coziest mittens and boots as the City of<br />

Parkland presents Snowfest <strong>2017</strong>! Held at Terramar Park, 6575 NW<br />

76th Dr. from 5:00-8:00pm this event is open to Parkland residents<br />

only and requires registration for $5 in advance or $10 on the day of<br />

the event. We bring in more than 10 tons of snow for everyone to<br />

make snow angels and build snowmen. Slide down a 30ft snow<br />
