How To Order<br />
Ordering Information Samples Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs<br />
If you are a new customer, please contact your <strong>Corporate</strong><br />
Sales Professional for an Account Application, and email<br />
your order for processing.<br />
For returning customers, simply email your order to your<br />
<strong>Corporate</strong> Sales Professional for processing.<br />
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.<br />
Minimum Order Quantity<br />
Contact your <strong>Corporate</strong> Sales Professional for initial or<br />
reorder minimums.<br />
Eligibility<br />
For each order, we require disclosure as to the type of<br />
company whose name will appear on the TravisMathew<br />
product and how the product will be used. We reserve<br />
the right to accept or decline service to anyone based on<br />
company standards.<br />
Product Selection/Availability<br />
The products shown in this catalog are available for bulk<br />
purchase. If there are other TravisMathew products<br />
you’re interested in, please contact your <strong>Corporate</strong> Sales<br />
Professional for availability.<br />
Purchased sample items are not eligible for return.<br />
Sales Tax<br />
TravisMathew is required to charge sales tax on all orders<br />
in the United States. Tax-exempt customers must provide<br />
necessary documentation before an order is placed.<br />
If your company has been approved by TravisMathew<br />
to resell your purchased product, and has a Reseller’s<br />
Certificate, a copy of this certificate must be emailed to<br />
your <strong>Corporate</strong> Sales Professional with the order placed.<br />
Payment Method<br />
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, or<br />
Pre-Paid orders by company check.<br />
Orders are shipped once payment is received.<br />
Shipping<br />
Our standard shipping method is Fed-Ex Ground. Twoday<br />
and Overnight shipping options are available for an<br />
additional charge.<br />
Tax and shipping charges are not included in order<br />
confirmations or quotes. These charges will be calculated<br />
and added to your invoice.<br />
Product purchased through the <strong>Corporate</strong> Program is<br />
not eligible for return. All product quality inquires must<br />
be received within 5 days of the delivery date to be<br />
considered for warranty credit or replacement.<br />
Embroidered, screen-printed, or altered products are<br />
eligible for warranty service if the product defect is not<br />
the result of those modifications. The issuance of credit<br />
or replacement product shall be at the sole discretion of<br />
TravisMathew.<br />
All exchanges and repairs must be pre-authorized by<br />
a TravisMathew <strong>Corporate</strong> Sales Professional. Please<br />
email your <strong>Corporate</strong> Sales Professional for a return<br />
authorization (RA) number. The given RA number must<br />
be prominently displayed on the outside of all return<br />
shipping boxes.<br />
