Q: How does the loan interest rebate work?<br />

A: If you are an Emerald level member on December 31, you will<br />

be eligible for a loan interest rebate. <strong>Member</strong>s can receive up<br />

to 10% of loan interest paid on select loans. These loans include<br />

auto, secured, recreational, and personal loans.<br />

Q: How can I locate my GetBigReward$ level?<br />

A: You can login to e-Banking to view your current<br />

GetBigReward$ level. Additionally, your level is listed on your<br />

monthly e-Statement or paper statement.<br />

Q: How do I make a loan payment through e-Banking?<br />

A: To make a loan payment from your <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Choice</strong><br />

account, please login to e-Banking and select “Transfers”. Select<br />

the share you would like to make the payment from as the<br />

source ID and the loan you wish to pay as the destination ID.<br />

Q: Where do I mail my payment?<br />

A: Attach your check to an enclosed temporary payment<br />

coupon and mail to the following location<br />

Q: What happens when I pay more than the final amount<br />

owed to pay off my loan?<br />

A: When we receive overpayment for a loan payoff, we deposit<br />

the remainder of the funds to your prime shares savings<br />

account.<br />

Q: Can I skip a payment on my loan?<br />

A: <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Choice</strong> <strong>Credit</strong> <strong>Union</strong> offers a Skip-A-Pay program<br />

twice a year for loans in good standing that have originated<br />

within the past 180 days.<br />

Q: What is the grace period for my loan payment?<br />

A: For most loans there is a 10 calendar-day grace period<br />

which includes weekends and holidays.<br />

Q: How do I sign up for automatic payments?<br />

A: If you would like to set up automatic loan payments,<br />

please login to e-Banking, select the “Transfers” tab, and set<br />

a reoccurring payment that can be credited towards your<br />

<strong>Community</strong> <strong>Choice</strong> loans.<br />

A: To make a reoccurring payment from another financial<br />

debit or credit card transfer” form.<br />

Q: What is e-Banking<br />

A: e-Banking is a free tool that allows you to check your<br />

balances, make transactions, view pending holds, or ACHs,<br />

make loan payments, and more.<br />

Q: How do I register for e-Banking?<br />

A: You can enroll in e-Banking from your computer by clicking<br />

the “Register” link next to the login box, or contact an advisor at<br />

877.243.2528.<br />

Q: What is Mobile Banking?<br />

A: Mobile Banking enables you to connect to your accounts<br />

from your mobile phone or tablet. Mobile Banking is a<br />

convenient solution that allows you to track your spending and<br />

manage your account on-the-go.<br />

Q: What is e-Deposit?<br />

A: e-Deposit is a service available in our mobile app which<br />

allows you to deposit a paper check via a mobile device.<br />

Simply snap a photo of your check and we’ll do the rest.<br />

Q: Where can I find my loan information?<br />

A: Loan information (if applicable) is listed in the “My accounts”<br />

widget within e-Banking. Click on “Info” for balance, payment<br />

due, and additional details.<br />

Q: How do I see my account transaction history?<br />

A: To check the transaction history of your account, please login<br />

to e-Banking. Once logged into your e-Banking account, locate<br />

“My accounts” and click on the share for which you’d like to<br />

view transaction history.<br />

Q: Can I deposit money at an ATM?<br />

A: To make an ATM deposit, simply insert your ATM/Debit card,<br />

enter your PIN, then select “Deposit” and the share you would<br />

like to deposit to (e.g. savings or checking).<br />

Q: Can I make an ATM deposit when I’m out of state?<br />

A: Yes, you can make an ATM deposit at any ATM that accepts<br />

deposits and is part of the CO-OP Network. To locate a CO-OP<br />

Network ATM, please visit <strong>Community</strong><strong>Choice</strong>.com/locations.<br />

Overdraft Privilege is a service offered to pay transactions that<br />

exceed your available balance, up to an established limit. Your<br />

Overdraft Privilege limit is based on your FICO Score and may<br />

range from $0 - $2,500.<br />

Overdraft Protection may transfer funds from the selected<br />

savings account(s) in the event you overdraw your checking<br />

account.<br />

Q: How do I add a checking account to my membership?<br />

A: Simply login to e-Banking, click the “Services” tab, then click<br />

“Choose your checking account.” Select <strong>Choice</strong> Checking, or<br />

Basic Checking and confirm.<br />
