Q: How do I make a loan payment through e-Banking?
A: To make a loan payment from your Community Choice
account, please login to e-Banking and select “Transfers”. Select
the share you would like to make the payment from as the
source ID and the loan you wish to pay as the destination ID.
Q: Where do I mail my payment?
A: Attach your check to an enclosed temporary payment
coupon and mail to the following location

Q: Can I make a payment on my loan from another
institution?
A: Yes, you can pay a loan using your account at another credit
union or bank. For more information, visit CommunityChoice.
com/loans/loan-payment.
Q: What are my other options for making a payment?
A: You can pay by phone at 877.243.2528, or visit one of our
many convenient locations.
Q: What happens when I pay more than the final amount
owed to pay off my loan?
A: When we receive overpayment for a loan payoff, we deposit
the remainder of the funds to your prime shares savings
account.
