Poultry processing solutions, from<br />

live bird handling up to packing<br />

and labelling.<br />

Automated Nugget Line<br />

rotates incoming strips and tenders<br />

90 degrees and spaces them<br />

appropriately so they are in the<br />

perfect position for the second<br />

I-Cut 122. This portion cutter will<br />

then take care of optimised nugget<br />

portioning. This automated cubing<br />

solution is truly “A Cut Above” and<br />

saves considerable labour.<br />

AMF-i Intelligent Breast<br />

Filleting<br />

Special attention will be given to<br />

the Stork AMF-i intelligent breast<br />

filleting solution. The Stork AMF is<br />

a well proven solution with hundreds<br />

of installs worldwide, among whom<br />

several leading processors in the<br />

USA. The latest AMF-i generation<br />

is a flexible filleting system which<br />

consistently produces high yield.<br />

To make life easier for poultry<br />

processors, Marel Poultry has<br />

added even more intelligence to the<br />

process. Processors no longer have<br />

to manually select a product size<br />

related recipe, as module settings<br />

adjust themselves automatically to<br />

the measured product dimensions.<br />

ATLAS Live Supply<br />

not only gives high attention to<br />

animal welfare but also increases<br />

efficiency considerably. At their<br />

booth, the ATLAS system will be<br />

combined with a CAS SmoothFlow<br />

controlled atmosphere stunning<br />

application. This accentuates the<br />

harmonious integration of both<br />

solutions, lifting animal welfare<br />

to even higher standards without<br />

any human intervention, nor any<br />

animal distress. ATLAS is therefore<br />

Thigh Deboning<br />

Another highlight of Marel poultry<br />

at IPPE is the Stork Thigh Fillet<br />

System. This unique, fully inline<br />

solution produces deboned thigh<br />

meat with or without skin. It is the<br />

world’s fastest thigh filleting system<br />

ensuring maximum thigh meat<br />

harvesting with minimum residue<br />

around the bones and knee cap.<br />

By mimicking skilled manual cuts,<br />

the Thigh Fillet System succeeds in<br />

delivering consistent re-sults with<br />

retail quality, without any human<br />

nugget production. The integrated<br />

system consists of an I-Cut 122<br />

which cuts strips, discharged by<br />
