How to become a buyer<br />
<strong>Escante</strong>, Inc. only sells WHOLESALE. You must<br />
present either of the following valid resale permit # or<br />
business tax id# or business license before your order<br />
is processed. You may request an account form to be<br />
emailed or faxed to you.<br />
Minimum order<br />
For new accounts is $100 for customers within<br />
the USA and $300 for international customers. No<br />
minimum on reorders.<br />
Processing time<br />
Shipping time frame is usually within 1-2 business<br />
days upon receipt.During peak season shipping time<br />
frame is within 2-4 business days.<br />
Items on backorders do not apply.<br />
Shipping mode<br />
All orders are shipped from San Antonio, TX via UPS<br />
ground unless expedited or air service is requested.<br />
Claims, Returns & Allowances<br />
Discrepancies in quantities, incorrect merchandise<br />
or damaged items shipped must be reported within<br />
5 days of receipt of order. No claims shall be made<br />
on used goods. Returns will not be accepted without<br />
prior authorization from <strong>Escante</strong>, Inc. All Return<br />
Authorization (RA) # will be issued to you once your<br />
return has been approved. Exchanged, replaced or<br />
a credit memo will be issued for the amount of the<br />
returned item.<br />
Reshipping & Restocking<br />
Refused and/or returned shipments will be charged a<br />
20% restocking and/or reshipping fee including initial<br />
shipping cost incurred. Canada will be subject to a<br />
35% restocking fee plus freight charge.<br />
*Return check fee is $25.00 will be added to<br />
your balance due for every check returned due to<br />
insufficient funds.<br />
