positively effects our quality of life which makes it essential. How fit are you? No, this isn?t a<br />

random fitness exam. It is, however, a boot camp...a relationship boot camp. Truth is, the kind<br />

of relationships we build can either add to our lives or subtract from them substantially. Yes,<br />

they?re that important. It?s also true that the way we build these associations can affect the<br />

quality of our relationship health and wellness. The great news is we?re completely in the<br />

driver?s seat in maintaining our relationship fitness. Here?s 3 easy exercises to developing and<br />

In relationships respect is a must. It?s the warmup to having a healthy bond with others. In his<br />

article entitled, ?The Most Critical Factor in Any Relationship,? John Kim LMFT makes the point<br />

that respect is the soil that healthy relationships need in order to grow. Because it?s so vital it?s<br />

important to understand the gist of what respect really implies.
