Head Men’s Basketball Coach<br />
Dordt College is currently seeking an individual to<br />
assume the position of Men’s Head Basketball Coach for<br />
the 2018-2019 season. 50% of this person’s time will<br />
involve duties associated with coaching, recruiting,<br />
summer camps and other administrative duties<br />
associated with the men’s basketball program. The rest<br />
of this person’s time will involve other activities, which<br />
could include teaching or administrative duties,<br />
depending on the background and skills of the<br />
candidate.<br />
Applicants for this position must possess a Bachelor of<br />
Arts degree, Masters preferred, and three or more years<br />
of coaching experience. Strong knowledge of the game<br />
of basketball and successful coaching and recruiting<br />
experience at the high school or college level are<br />
essential. Strong organizational and coordination skills<br />
are desired, as well as excellent communication and<br />
leadership skills to lead a team and establish strong<br />
relationships on campus, in the community, and with<br />
parents and friends of the college.<br />

faith and Reformed perspective and a desire to work<br />
with students and staff at a Christian college should send<br />
