Carriage Charges <strong>2018</strong><br />
Carriage charge from Spain is Free of Charge when ordering a minimum of 5 sqmt from our <strong>Classic</strong> Tile <strong>Collection</strong><br />
(Excluding Precious which is from Italy. Please see our Luxury Stone <strong>Collection</strong> price list for prices and delivery terms.).<br />
Should you require less than the minimum amount required, please add the following Surcharges.<br />
Min 5 m2 = Free Shipping<br />
Orders under 5m2 add £100 + VAT delivery charge<br />
Delivery time approximately 10 -14 days and subject to availability.<br />
When ordering, please ensure you order a sufficient quantity of tiles. Please ensure that you have ordered enough tiles to<br />
complete your project and account for any breakages or shortages that may occur.<br />
We will not be able to waiver the delivery charges for any reason.<br />
If you have a fork lift truck available at your warehouse, your tile order will arrive on a curtain side lorry. If you do not have a<br />
fork lift truck, your order will arrive on a tail lift, lorry.<br />
Tail lift vehicles can only unload pallets of up to 1000kg. If your pallet weighs more than this then the driver may ask you to<br />
unload by hand some boxes so the correct weight limit is not exceeded.<br />
All deliveries are made to your shop premises / warehouse only.<br />
Third party deliveries are possible for a surcharge of (£50 + VAT per order)<br />
Orders<br />
Orders placed and paid for by 12.30 pm on a Thursday will be shipped from Spain the following week with an estimation to<br />
arrive with you the week after.<br />
All orders are subject to availability.<br />
All tiles are stocked in Spain and are ordered on a special order basis. We do not stock any tiles in the UK. For this reason<br />
we do not accept any returns what so ever. Once the tiles have been shipped you cannot cancel or change your order.<br />
Checking Your Goods<br />
You are responsible for checking your goods for damages at the time they are delivered. Any damages must be reported at<br />
the time of delivery and must be recorded on the drivers delivery note. Should damages not be recorded on the drivers<br />
delivery note at the time of delivery we will accept no claim.<br />
