Christophe Pillot, AVICI<strong>EN</strong>NE Développement<br />

Christophe has built up considerable<br />

expertise in the area of battery market.<br />

He joined AVIC<strong>EN</strong>NE 23 years ago and<br />

Spend 3 years in Japan making analysis on<br />

the Electronic, Mobile & Japanese battery<br />

market. Christophe gained large experience<br />

in marketing, strategy analysis, technology<br />

and financial studies for the battery and<br />

power management fields.<br />

He developed the Battery market analysis<br />

for AVIC<strong>EN</strong>NE which counts more than<br />

200 customers worldwide. Christophe<br />

published several annual surveys like “The<br />

rechargeable battery market 2016-2025”.<br />

He is also the founder & chairman of<br />

Batteries congress in France since 1999. He<br />

is now Director of AVIC<strong>EN</strong>NE <strong>EN</strong>ERGY.<br />

Dr. Ulrich Ehmes is one of the founders and Chairman<br />

of the Advisory Board of TerraE Holding<br />

GmbH. He is also Founder and Managing Director<br />

of Seta Consulting GmbH in Switzerland with<br />

a focus on Lithium Ion Technology and Interim<br />

Management. Dr. Ulrich Ehmes is working with<br />

renowned cell manufacturers and mechanical<br />

engineers on different projects. He was CEO of<br />

the Swiss battery manufacturer Leclanché SA for<br />

4 years. In this time he expedited the construction<br />

of a factory for the production of large-format<br />

lithium-ion cells. Before Dr. Ehmes worked at<br />

Leica Camera AG for 14 years, including 10 years<br />

in the management of the main production site<br />

in Portugal with 600 employees. Dr. Ulrich Ehmes<br />

studied electrical engineering in Darmstadt and<br />

Lausanne, also he is board member of the competence<br />

network Lithium Ion Batteries (KLIB).<br />
