Thong restaurants, both<br />
steamed and fried. Some<br />
like them steamy — In dim<br />
sum terms, subtleties are<br />
the rule. An example is the<br />
wrap-to-filling proportion<br />
and condiments used. So<br />
it is with Tai Thong’s Har<br />
Kao, Siew Mai and Shark’s<br />
Fin Dumplings. While you<br />
cannot miss the freshness<br />
of the prawn filling, savour<br />
the touches of condiments.<br />
A sprinkle of sesame oil,<br />
chopped scallions perhaps.<br />
Pillow-soft chicken Char Siew<br />
Buns are such a favourite. So<br />
are the Fish Balls – freshly<br />

filling. It stands out from the<br />
