ZIBA Prague Glass Experience Museum An immersive and inspiring glass experience, ZIBA Prague Glass Experience Museum will connect the phenomenon of glass in art and this multifaceted material’s applications in design, craft, technology, architecture and other creative disciplines across industry, education and entertainment. Beyond the center’s three individual exhibitions showcasing a permanent exhibition of contemporary Czech and international glassmaking, ZIBA will also offer shops featuring leading glassmaking brands, design products as well as a hot glass show, café, restaurant, accompanying educational programs, events and services for local and international visitors. ZIBA will open its doors in 2016 in the former Zemská and Živnostenská Banka building in the center of Prague. The ZIBA name is an abbreviation once used as the banking code for Živnostenská Banka, the iconic institution headquartered in this striking Neo-Renaissance style building for nearly half a century, contributing to its historic significance. ZIBA is supported by CPI Property Group, a major investment and real estate development company based in Belgium.
