Method 2: Alternative <strong>to</strong> above method is<br />
the second one<br />
Step 1: Open the printer and wait for the carriage <strong>to</strong> slide over.<br />
Step 2: Remove the ink cartridges from the print head.<br />
Step 3: With a cot<strong>to</strong>n swabs dipped in hot water, clean gently the print head and<br />
each ink cartridge, until there is no ink residue coming off on the cot<strong>to</strong>n swab.<br />
Step 4: Once all is dry, replace the cartridges<br />
Step 5: If the error is still here: there are two possibilities.<br />
Step 6: One of the ink cartridges is defective and causing the error or the Print<br />
head need <strong>to</strong> be replaced<br />
