On behalf of our team here at CI Select, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to submit our
proposal for furnishings for Phase 2 of the new construction at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. In
addition, I would like to thank you for your continued business with CI Select. I truly appreciate the
relationship we have built over the course of Phase I and prior and am confident in our ability to
continue to exceed your expectations.
Enclosed you will find our bid response form, dedicated team page, past performance
information, service warranties, showroom and product installations information. There are a few
items I would like to call attention to, they are as follows:
1. C7 & C7B – Do not include the use of stock fabric, we bid Borgo Tazza chairs with graded
in upholstery.
2. FC5 - The hinged door unit specified does not include a drawer.
3. L19 & L20 - The Kona modular pieces are not approved for Texus Chant. We will need a
reselection upon award.
4. L13 - We used graded in fabrics similar to L12 and what was used on Phase I for the
Cahoots chair.
The discounting provided is reflective of our aggressively priced contract agreement that mimics
the tiered structure of Phase 1 per volume. If product can ship direct to the job site, there would a
cost savings. This is notated on the enclosed bid form. Please let me know if you are interested in
pursuing this option.
