9. Council members to review list of Place plan priorities within the parish. It was agreed that these would be as follows:<br />

Renewal of fencing around the Open Space<br />

Improving parking in Noel Hill Road in conjunction with garage are improvements with Severnside<br />

10. Council to consider and adopt Councillors/ Clerks Protocol. It was agreed to adopt this and the Chairman signed the protocol<br />

at the meeting.<br />

11. Highway Matters<br />

i. Councillor E Brayne reported that there was a large pothole on Fox Farm Bank<br />

ii. Councillor R Purslow reported there was a large pothole on the zebra crossing on the A458 Shrewsbury bound.<br />

iii. Councillor S Mason reported that there is a tree in the dip of the road to Fox Farm causing concern. Clerk asked to<br />

contact Steven Shields the tree officer to ask him to look at it for safety.<br />

iv. Councillor S Mason asked if we could have the recycling sign at The Bell removed as there is no recycling there now.<br />
