Parkland Farmers Market and Pet Expo- Sundays,<br />

<strong>February</strong> 4 (Pet Expo) & <strong>February</strong> 18 (Kids Safety Day)<br />

From 9 AM to 1 PM, join Friends and neighbors at the<br />

Equestrian Center at Temple Park, 8350 Ranch Rd., for the continuation<br />

of the biggest outdoor Farmers' Market in Broward<br />

County to shop your favorite fresh and local vendors. Customers<br />

will be able to purchase items such as fresh and organic vegetables,<br />

fruits, herbs, beautiful flowers, breads, pastries and other<br />

baked goods. We also feature a variety of gourmet foods such<br />

as jam, honey, dips, sauces, fresh pasta, cheese, and pickles.<br />

Our market is dog friendly, so don't forget to visit our pet vendors.<br />

Florida Renaissance Festival – weekends only;<br />

Saturday, <strong>February</strong> 10 – Sunday, March 25<br />

Travel back in time to the 16th Century at the 26th Annual<br />

Florida Renaissance Festival coming to Quiet Waters Park, 401<br />

South Powerline Rd., Deerfield Beach. Open from 10:00 a.m. to<br />

Sunset each of the seven weekends (and on President’s Day<br />

Monday), more than 100 Performers, including a stable of<br />

Jousting professionals, will entertain while more than 100<br />

Artisans will be selling their wares. Children will revel in activities<br />

at the Kid’s Kingdom, while Food and Drynk fit for a King will be<br />

Parkland Eats n Beats - Saturday, <strong>February</strong> 10<br />

Come out to Parkland Amphitheater, 10561 Trails End… Don’t<br />

forget to grab your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of<br />

music, food, and great company from 5:30 to 9:30 PM! For the<br />

entertainment pleasure of everyone in attendance, the City of<br />

Parkland presents Maggie Baugh and Hit the Slide . Come hungry<br />

because there will also be a wide variety of food trucks to eat<br />

from. No tents, pets, or alcoholic beverages are allowed within<br />

City of Parkland Movies in the Park: Double Feature –<br />

Friday, <strong>February</strong> 16<br />

The City of Parkland brings the big screen to your own backyard!<br />

At 6 PM, enjoy the full feature Despicable Me 3 followed soon<br />

after by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at 9 PM at the Pine Trails<br />

Park Amphitheatre (10555 Trails End). Join us as we transform<br />

the park into our own local movie theater with an 18-foot inflatable<br />

movie screen, freshly popped popcorn, and more. Bring<br />

your chairs, blankets, and pillows to get comfortable under the<br />
