Frying Pan<br />
These state of the art Super-Duty 100% handmade Soy NT Series Copper Frying Pans are more than ideal for pan frying,<br />
searing, shallow frying, flambéing and sautéing your dishes, and will last for a few lifetimes.<br />
To avoid sticking, this heritage frying pan requires seasoning, add oil and heat until it starts to smoke then add your food. Never<br />
use anything abrasive to clean it instead soak it over night and wipe it out with a soft towel . The silver lining will tarnish and the<br />
copper will discolor but as it tarnishes the performance improves it needs to be used to season it .<br />
Their solid copper mass and silver lining are perfect heat conductors that will give you an ultimate control on your cooking.<br />

Handles are of our own patented alloy of Sand-Cast Solid Bronze, painstakingly filed by hand by our artisans that come from<br />
Jeweler backgrounds, and will basically last a lifetime. They are mounted on the main body with 5 rivets each made of Solid<br />
White Copper and are extremely sturdy, but easily removable by us if maintenance is needed. Also owing to its patented trident<br />
design, the handles heats up pretty slowly, even slower than cast-iron equipped French or Belgian pans. Under industrial fire, it<br />
takes 3 to 4 times to heat up until uncomfortably hot when compared side by side with a French competitor product of the same<br />
bulk.<br />
