Overture is an effec ve enterprise-wide A/V
control so ware solu on. It controls and
monitors all A/V and other networked devices in
mul ple loca ons, and delivers invi ng, highly
interac ve user interfaces.
Unlike conven onal A/V Control solu ons,
which use proprietary programming languages
and are overwhelmingly hardware-based and
distributed, Overture so ware only needs to be
configured. Therefore the system can be set up
quickly and easily.
Conguring, not programming
To add a device, you simply connect it to the IP network, configure it with Overture’s web-based
interface.....… and that’s it. The so ware follows a natural and logical way of working, which means that
every IT or facility team member can handle system set-up and maintenance. Furthermore, the mee ng
room’s user interface (UI) can be deployed on any device that has a network connec on and a web browser,
elimina ng the need for expensive proprietary touch panels.
Because the UI is based on templates, users get the same experience in every mee ng room.
By adding alerts, the support team can be warned when certain events occur – for example, an overhea ng
projector – so that they can take immediate ac on. As Overture centrally monitors A/V equipment, technical
staff can remotely troubleshoot and correct issues for the en re company using Overture’s Help Desk
interface, significantly reducing me to solu on and in-room interven ons.
In stark contrast to tradi onal A/V Control systems, Overture does not rely on proprietary hardware and
runs on cheaper, thoroughly tested off-the-shelf hardware – further reducing costs and increasing reliability.
