When you build with Sterling Homes we provide you with a package of included 

guarantees and services which we have formulated with our experience of over 

40 years in the industry. These services and guarantees are designed to give you 

peace of mind in both the pre-construction of your home, and the quality of your 

home once you move in. 

You will also receive the option between our Designer Series and Exclusive Series 

inclusions packages that detail the final finish and look of your new home. 

These options have been a helpful guide to over 13,000 home owners and can be 

modified so that your home suits your lifestyle. 

Designer Series Inclusions 

The Designer Series is our entry 

level of inclusions that provides a 

package that balances a well 

finished home with affordability. 

Exterior 

• Large choice of brick colours with 

matching brick on edge sills 

• Grey mortar with raked mortar 

joints 

• Villa and courtyard homes have 

the option of 22 or 25 degree roof 

pitches and the choice of concrete 

tiled or colorbond roof material

• Choice of aluminium window 

colours from builder’s range 

• External taps to front and rear of

The Exclusive Series includes a selection of upgrades to the Designer Series

‘exclusive’ range 

• Increase bathroom and ensuite wall tiling from skirting tiles to 1200mm high 

ceramic wall tiles 

• Flickmaster tap to kitchen, remaining taps from builder’s ‘exclusive’ range 

• Single towel rails and toilet roll holders from builder’s ‘exclusive’ range 

• Choice of internal doors from sliced pacific maple, stanford or colonial designs 

from builder’s range 

• Upgrade internal skirtings and architraves to meranti 

• Front door upgraded to Corinthian PCL 4 from builder’s ‘exclusive’ range 

• Upgrade door hardware to your choice of brass or chrome knobs and 2 

deadlocks (one to front and one to rear door) 

• Brick and dutch gables as per elevations including option of timber trims and
