Custom Projects<br />
Designed by our team or yours out of closed cell or open cell<br />
foam or a combination of both. Small puzzles and keytags to<br />
hats and wavers. Select full colour printing for added impact.<br />
Most projects require 1000 piece minimum for opening order<br />
and die charge ranging from $400-$800. Add 4 days to<br />
standard production time to allow for new die.<br />
Start with a concept, move to a free virtual. Next we hand cut<br />
in-house to ensure suitability. Once approved we create a die<br />
as 14 days.<br />
Full Colour Printing<br />
to provide the highest level of quality logo marketing.<br />
Spot colours, direct digital print and heat transfers all work to<br />
enhance your corporate logo.<br />
Silk-screening up to six spot colours has been our specialty<br />
and the answer to making your logos highly visible.<br />
Inventory Stock Levels<br />
Because we’re a manufacturing supplier, 95% of our products<br />
are made from our raw materials - EVA closed cell foam and<br />
polyurethane open cell foam or a combination of both.<br />
Once you place your order, material is reserved and we can<br />
arriving at our 60,000 square foot warehouse each week.<br />
Out of stock situations are very rare even with the highest<br />
volume orders, but if we should run low, with your approval,<br />
we’ll substitute another option of higher value where we can.<br />
