ENGINEERING LAB SUPERVISOR<br />
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the testing and evaluation of motor designs<br />
for existing and potential customers. Responsibilities would include coordinating lab projects,<br />
recommending test equipment, performing long term testing and overseeing personnel<br />
within the lab. Qualified candidates will have leadership qualities along with electrical and<br />
mechanical aptitude. A two-year technical degree in a related engineering<br />

This individual will be able to interpret prints, specifications, recognize critical and non-critical<br />

documented gauging and measuring methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills<br />
and attention to detail are additional attributes desired. Previous experience in a quality assurance<br />
