Solution 2: Preventing you dive from paper jam<br />
First of all you need to remove all the papers from the<br />
paper tray.<br />

Remove the rear access door and pull it towards you.<br />
Pull the jammed papers from the rollers inside.<br />
Close the printer door and turn it on after outing backs<br />
the cables.
