All artwork must be supplied in a high resolu on PDF file. Carrick have 5 main methods of personalisa on which again we produce all in house. 1. Hot foil prin ng produced through a heat/pressure method using top quality Brass print plates produced from customers black & white artwork supplied. We can hot foil more than one colour on each cover but 1 print plate per colour print is required. 2. Sublima on print onto a metal plate, this can be full colour and plates are silver or gold mirrored and brushed finish. 3. Full colour digital print using our Mimaki flatbed printer direct on to the folder (or full colour produced on our Latex Roll to Roll printer for PU and Vinyl covers giving a truly bespoke product). 4. For our wood products we can laser engrave or digital print. 5. Blind embossing using the same method as the hot foil process but without the coloured foils give the blind emboss, can be a mix of Blind emboss and Foil colour print for some great effects. 1 2 3 4 5
Fixing Methods All the below fixing/display methods can be produced using most of the materials listed in this <strong>catalogue</strong> and are available to display the following paper sizes as standard: A4, A5, 2/3rd A4, ½ width A4 and 21cm square. Carrick can produce bespoke sizes and products can have a mixture of the below fixings and materials in the same folder.
