Damages<br />
All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified in writing/email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. It is<br />
the customer’s responsibility to check the goods thoroughly within a reasonable time scale.<br />
We will advise whether to return the faulty merchandise or to dispose of it. A photograph will be required.<br />
Payment Terms<br />
First orders are on a pro forma basis and can be paid by card, cheque or bacs. Trade credit accounts are available<br />
on application for subsequent orders. Terms of Payment for Account holders – payment is required within 30<br />
days from date of invoice. Orders may be held if payment is not received within this time.<br />
If payments are consistently overdue then we reserve the right to withdraw credit terms without notice. All goods<br />
remain the property of <strong>Mosney</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Limited until fully paid for. We reserve the right to take back any goods not<br />
fully paid for, or in the event of liquidation or bankruptcy.<br />
