<strong>KD</strong> <strong>Game</strong> <strong>Room</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> is a division of <strong>KD</strong> Amusement<br />
Distributors—one of the largest providers of amusement<br />
equipment to hospitality venues throughout central Iowa. Please<br />
let us know if you would like to discuss having revenue<br />
producing, customer pleasing, fun machines placed in your<br />
establishment, usually at no cost to you!<br />
Our retail store and showroom sells everything you need for a<br />
top notch family room, staff break room, community center game<br />
room, etc. We are happy to assist you with equipment selection<br />
and floor plans.<br />

Policies and Information<br />
• All prices are for a ONE-DAY rental. Friday to<br />
Monday weekends are charged as<br />
a ONE-DAY rental.<br />
• Rates for periods longer than those listed in this brochure are<br />
available by quote.<br />
• Prices are subject to change without notice.<br />
• Rates listed in this brochure do not include sales tax.<br />
• All rental items are to be returned clean in the same boxes/packaging.<br />
• In order to reserve rental items, a non-refundable 25% deposit is<br />
required. Changes to your order can be made up until two weeks before<br />
the event (upon availability).<br />
• At two weeks before your event, you must provide final counts and final<br />
payment of rental items.<br />
• Delivery and pick-up charges vary depending on distance from store to<br />
event location and time of day.<br />
• Basement and upper floor deliveries, as well as long-distance carrying,<br />
requires advance notice and additional charges.<br />
• After hours deliveries and pick-ups are available for additional charge.<br />
