Warranty<br />
<strong>LMS</strong> products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and<br />
workmanship. The obligation of <strong>LMS</strong> under this warranty is limited to<br />
replacing any product which is proven to be defective within 60 days<br />
from the date of delivery to customer.<br />
This warranty will fall under the following provisions.<br />
• The application of the product was approved by <strong>LMS</strong><br />
• A Return Material Authorization is supplied to customer<br />
by <strong>LMS</strong><br />
• The product is delivered to <strong>LMS</strong>, freight charges prepaid<br />
by customer in a manner that would not have<br />
caused additional damage.<br />
• Analysis by <strong>LMS</strong> verifies that the product was properly<br />
handled, mounted, lubricated and not subject to abuse<br />
or misuse.
