Then in August, we had a combined Skills Enhancement Workshop cum
Membership Development Day where we welcomed Play Therapists from
6 different Asian countries who came and presented to our members, giving
all of us the big picture of the scene that is taking place within each
country represented as well as teaching us some Play Therapy basics in
addition to allowing each one of us to experience some of the activities
and skills used in this approach. It was an enjoyable and insightful time
and my deepest gratitude to each Play Therapist who imparted much to
our members.
As we move towards the end of the year, I hope that the momentum for
each of you would not slow down, but will continue to keep pace till you
end the year with great celebration and cheer. And finally as I sign off, I
do hope to see and meet as many of you at the 5 th Asia Pacific Rim International
Counsellors and Psychotherapists Conference as possible!
