Our system of governments and the way we govern around the world<br />

creates poverty by devising the following tools:<br />

1. Dehumanizing & Mental Conditioning its Citizens to create<br />

a sub-culture<br />

2. <strong>Poverty</strong> (poorer than the poor perpetual lack)<br />

3. Lack of Education (expensive & costly)<br />

4. Inability to articulate (legal matters)<br />

5. Drugs (of any sort “pharmakia”)<br />

6. Un-employment (from the corporate system of labor)<br />

7. Housing (mortgage & credit debt)<br />

8. Resolve their disputes by violence (poor killing the poor)<br />

9. Condition people to fail (keeping them in a debt slaves)<br />

Supreme Court Ruled:<br />

1906: Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43. Defined the distinction between<br />

natural persons and corporations (Artificial persons) as it pertains to<br />

5th Amendment protections within the U.S. Constitution. "...we are of the<br />

opinion that there is a clear distinction in this particular between an<br />

individual and a corporation, and that the latter has no right to refuse to<br />

submit its books and papers for an examination at the suit of the state. The<br />

individual (natural persons) may stand upon his constitutional rights as<br />

a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His<br />

power to contract is unlimited. He owes no duty to the state or to his<br />

neighbors to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation,<br />

so far as it may tend to criminate him. He owes no such duty to the state,<br />

since he receives nothing therefrom<br />
