SHIPPING: UPS services our factory daily. If you request a different carrier, please be aware that you may incur additional charges and/or a delay in shipping.<br />
SHIPPING/FREIGHT CHARGES: F.O.B Point is Cleveland, OH. 44111. A handling charge of $6.00(F) will be charged per carton. Estimated freight and billed freight charges<br />
may vary due to carrier fuel surcharges, product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weight. Due to these factors, <strong>Galactic</strong> Line will not be responsible for<br />
the differences between estimated freight and actual billed freight charges. Oversized boxes are billed by dimensional weight per the carrier’s specifications. <strong>Galactic</strong><br />
Line is not responsible for carrier delays.<br />
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65: Distributors may request that the following Proposition 65 Warning be applied to their products prior to shipment. This warning label will<br />
ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements, and can be applied for an additional cost of $0.10(F) per item. Labels will only be applied<br />
when specifically requested by the distributor.<br />

U.S. POST OFFICE SHIPMENTS: Add $15.00(F) per order, plus postage, for delivery service to local post office.<br />
THIRD PARTY FREIGHT BILLING: Add $6.00(F) per carton. Please indicate on order whether third party account is the distributor’s account or the recipient’s account.<br />
ADDRESS CORRECTION: Additional billing of $15.00(F) per carton. Freight carriers charge us for address changes caused by incorrect information on purchase orders. Any<br />
fees we incur will be invoiced after we are notified. There may be a delay of as much as 4 weeks after the shipment date.<br />
DROP SHIPMENTS: $8.00(F) per location. For multiple drop shipments to 10 or more addresses, a Microsoft ® Excel ® spreadsheet with full address information must be<br />
supplied with the order. Additional lead time may be required for multiple drop shipments. F.O.B. factory, Ohio.<br />
