G ENERAL INFORMATION All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that prices do not include taxes. • A one color imprint on, one location is included unless otherwise mentioned. • VMO charges for the image that will be added to the screen, and for setup charges. Add $65(c) for each color. • Repeat orders: Re-setup charges $25(c) within twelve months of original order. • Unprinted merchandise: For orders without an imprint, please deduct $0.50(c)/piece. • Cancellations: You will be charged, for the cost of labor and materials used. • Returns: No returns will be accepted once items are printed and, or embroidered. We do not accept returns after 30 days! • Color matching: Exact color matching is not guaranteed. VMO does its best to match colors to the client’s requirements at no extra cost. • Artwork: Please provide artwork in Illustrator format, Adobe Photoshop or PDF files. If you would like us to do the artwork, it will cost $75 (c)/hour. Maximum time 3 hours. • E-mail: Artwork may be emailed at 300 dpi 100%. Please send your artwork to artwork@vmo-inc.com. E-mails must include company name, address and phone numbers with reference of PO# and art file name. VMO DECORATED METHODS / PRICES SCREEN PRINTING Set-up charges: Screen set-up: $65.00 (C) per color / film / screen. Flash Print: $0.34 (C) cent extra. Repeat set-up charges: $25.00 (C) per color. Run charges: Additional color / location, $0.85 (C) per color. HEAT TRANSFER / SUBLIMATION PRINTING Set-up charges: Pricing includes full-color imprint on one location, with one set- up charge of $65.00(C) up to 20 square inches. Repeat set-up charges: $60.00 (C) per location. Run charges: For 21 square inches and over will cost $2.00 (C) extra. *Note that our maximum square inches for heat transfer is 40 square inches, and for sublimation printing is 32 square inches! • Imprint areas: Artwork will be sized, to best fit the product unless otherwise specified. • Product's minimum: There will be a quantity charge of $30 extra for orders that are less than the product minimum. • Order confirmation: All orders must be in writing and signed by the customer. Any changes made to the order must be confirmed and may change, the shipping date. • Trademarks: All copies or other material, received for use to produce items ordered will be accepted as being in full conformity with all applicable laws regarding copyright of privacy, trademark, patent or similar protection. • Production time: In stock printed items are ready for pickup in approximately 3-12 business days after receipt of order and proof approval.
