Self Promo
The art/layout should include Dist name, logo and phone number and/or e-mail.
General pricing is EQP less 25% but this does not include all items for all companies
call factory for pricing. Reduced pricing does not apply to add on charges
such as set-ups, copy changes, etc. Applies to catalog items/catalog quantities.
Online/Email/Fax Proofs
Online proofs are no charge. E-mail or fax proofs requested to be sent outside of
our online system will incur a $10.00 (X) charge.
Product Proofs
First Column Pricing plus appropriate set up charge for that production method.
Colorfill
All colors: $6.00 (G) per color/location/piece. Contact Customer Service for
available colors.
PMS Match Charges
If a non stock color or PMS number is listed on the P.O., the requested color will
be used and a PMS charge of $30.00 (G) per color will apply. Color matches are
not guaranteed due to variations in inks and raw materials. We will match as close
as possible. (Metallic and fluorescent colors are not available with digitially printed
four color process imprint.
Material Variances
Mill tolerance allows 5% variance in bag weights and sizes.
Due to the flexible nature of the textiles, a tolerance of 5% either way from center is
acceptable for imprinting position.
Crystal Quality and Fabrication
Due to the individual hand development of each art glass piece, uniformity in size,
weight, shape and color cannot be guaranteed. All glass or crystal items may have
slight variations, such as tiny bubbles or flow marks, and are not considered defects.
Art glass awards cannot be glued to the base and are shipped unattached. For those
glass awards which are glued to the base, please note that the ultraviolet gluing
process may unavoidably produce slight bubble, adhesive striations and other minor
distortions.

Ink Color Change
$30 (G) to change the color of ink being printed using the exact same artwork on the
exact same item. (For example, if someone wishes to print the same logo in green on
250 pieces and red on the other 250 pieces of the same 500 piece, 1 color imprint
order, they would be charged $50 (G) set up charge and a $30 (G) ink color charge
in addition to the normal 500 piece unit price.) PMS color match charges and additional
color running charges, if applicable, will apply.
