On behalf of the Northeast Regional team, welcome to EMPOWER 18. We are excited to have each of
you as our guests for the weekend. Our goal is that you may enjoy a time of training, fellowship, and
spiritual renewal through all that we have to offer.
Luke explains, “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man”. We see that
Jesus grew in every way… Physically, Mentally, Spiritually, and Socially. The focus of EMPOWER 18 is to
capture the idea that just as Jesus grew in these areas, we may equip ourselves to assist every boy in
their path to grow in wisdom, stature, and favor.
We also welcome our special guests: Assemblies of God Senior Director of Children’s Ministries, Mark
Entzminger; author and Occupational Therapist, Gigi Williams; and Assistant Pastor of Praise Assembly,
Rev. Brandon Flanagan. We pray that you have come with the expectation to meet new people and to
share what God is doing in students across the Northeast Region.

Mark Entzminger
Mark is a graduate of Central Bible College in
Springfield, MO with a degree in Theology and
Youth Ministries. He currently serves as Senior
Director of Children’s Ministries for the
Assemblies of God. His vision is to help kids grab
a hold of their faith as a child and retain it for the
rest of their lives.
Gigi Williams
Gigi is an Occupational Therapist and author of
God’s Hand in My “One”. She is a graduate of The
Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Gigi has
spent most of her career in public and private
schools working with children who have
disabilities.
Rev. Brandon Flanagan
Rev. Brandon is the Assistant Pastor of Praise
Assembly in Newark, DE. He has also served as
Worship Pastor and Youth Pastor. His desire is to
lead the body of Christ into the presence of God
through Spirit-led praise and worship while
creating an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to
change lives.

Drawing will be held after the
conference and prizes will be
awarded during last session.
AUCTION
The Silent Auction will kick off
Friday at the Dessert Reception and
will close prior to the Final Session
Saturday evening.
The Live Auction will be held
Saturday morning at 9:45 am. All
proceeds will benefit BGMC’s
Master’s Toolbox - Catapult 700 to
raise money to start Ranger
Outposts in Africa.
