Pricing:
All pricing in Canadian funds. Catalogue pricing is suggested retail and
excludes delivery and taxes. We will endeavor to honor prices shown until
December 2018 . We do reserve the right to change prices at any time
without notice.
4 colour process included:
Products referred to as “4 colour process included” are based on the printing
of ink colours: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Metallics and fluorescents
are not available and we cannot guarantee precise PMS colour matches.
Ordering:
Please fax or email your purchase order. Under no circumstances will
production begin without an authorized purchase order. Your order form
should be clearly printed and legible. We will not be held responsible for
errors caused by inaccurate order forms. An email request with reference
number will be considered an authorized purchase order.
Order confirmation:
We will ACKNOWLEDGE your purchase order within 48 hours of receipt.
Please review carefully to ensure we have understood your instructions
fully and fax back any changes required. You do not have to fax back if no
changes are required. Our ACKNOWLEDGMENT is considered final
confirmation of order and we will proceed with the order as stated.
Email / fax proof:
An email or fax proof is included for all jobs and must be signed back for
order to proceed.
Critical delivery dates:
Dates must be approved and confirmed by Premiums Plus. We will not be
held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that do not allow
us to make the critical delivery date. Orders will be invoiced and payment
expected for all shipped orders.
Drop shipments:
Please supply all addresses. A fee of $15.00 per additional location will be
charged. Additional charges may apply if equal quantities are not requested.
Terms of sale:
Please contact Premiums Plus for complete terms of sale.
Payment terms:
All first-time orders with Premiums Plus require a full payment prior to
shipping. Customers with approved credit are: 2% - 10 NET 30 days.
Credit card payments are accepted. Additional bank fees are not the
responsibility of Premiums Plus.
Over / under runs:
All orders are subject to a 5% over/under run and will be considered
complete.
Returned goods / cancellations and changes:
Orders may not be returned without authorization. If there is a problem
with an order, you must notify Premiums Plus within 10 working days from
receipt of order. Cancellations and changes will be invoiced for all work
completed.
Proofs
All orders receive a proof free of charge. Proofing includes one (1) proof and
one (1) edit. Additional edits available at a cost of $10 each.

Method of delivery – f.o.b. our plant:
Please state preferred method of delivery on your purchase order. If one is
not indicated we will select our courier of choice. Please note first
consideration will be given to time and not to cost of transportation.
